Since I started taking photography seriously, about 15 years ago, night photography has been a passion. Since then, my tripod has traveled with me to Amsterdam, Israel, Turkey, Greece, Canada, and all over the USA to be able to capture the magic of both cities and rural settings.

Spending time alone with my camera, carefully composing a shot, and waiting for anywhere from 2 seconds to upwards of 60 minutes to allow the camera to collect enough light is a great way to meditate.

Though I primarily shoot digitally now, some of my favorite nighttime images were shot on film, and I still use film for very long (45 minutes or more) exposures or just for a change of pace.

Many of the images on this site are available for sale as fine art prints, at either 12″ x 18″, or 24″ x 36″.

I am also available for hire by architects, landscapers, builders, and for commissions by private collectors.
